I have started to make videos/content again with my phone. I do have a bit of a dilemma. You see, I am a textile artist, resin artist, and I wear many other creative hats. I’ve never had an office job, I would probably spontaneously combust from the boredom, and my creative mind wants to do and make all the things. It could be a disorder, but it is too much fun to change! 😆
Glow Lockets by Monique Lula is my biggest page with the most followers, where I have posted the most. Now I also have other pages and a personal profile with a few thousand followers. I have over a million followers combined! I am sure lots of overlap, but it is a neat figure regardless. And my pages have different themes, but they all come from the creativity and aesthetics on my head. This includes the fantasy food fashion because it just interests me as a foodie who loves to cook, raised by French Chefs and also a Fashionista. My namesake page, Monique Lula features that content.
I also love Gothic and dark romantic fashion and culture. I grew up in Los Angeles in the 80s/90s and wore black leather in 6th grade and was watching the sunrise on Sunset Blvd in my early twenties, after long nights in the dark club underground. So yes I have a page called Gothic Darling which is a brand name I created in Hollywood in the late 90s, back when I registered the website.
Lula’s Boutique is my sewing project. I love to up-cycle clothing and alter things. I have five sewing machines and an insane amount of discarded garments from which I grab and cut up into other things. I love to tie-dye and distress denim, and have made things from velvet quilts to all of my daughters Halloween costumes. I had some fancy Lulas Boutique labels made years ago and I still have these and am finally using them in some of my handmade bags, and they look so good. I also have the website for this.
Going forward I would love to share everything I do on one page, but I am not so sure it would all work. In the meantime I have a bunch of pages. I actually do have an official Glowies Glow in the Dark Jewelry page. This Glow Lockets page was first, and then came Glowies, and I have both the websites too!
So yeah it’s like 5+ pages, and a bit mind boggling. As I go forward making my new purses, I am going to brand them with “Lula’s Boutique” because I love that name and still have the labels and website. I will probably list things on Etsy more as going forward for now and try to keep up with these pages. And I forgot my personal page, that’s like 6. I need 5 more copies of myself. 😆

I may end up just posting about everything on the big GL page. Probably will. I am getting too old to jump around all over the internet! 🥴🫠😆
