This past spring in my area we had a painted lady butterfly migration come through, and for several days it was amazing to see butterflies every where you looked outside. They were everywhere! I could open my front door and see butterflies. They are so beautiful and look like a smaller monarch butterfly. It was such a wonderful thing to see.
I used my own tie dyed ribbon to wrap the base of this adorable rainbow butterfly dream catcher. It is about 7 inches wide and over 20 inches long. The circle is wire wrapped with jasper and rainbow coated hematite with lots of two different color glow beads to make such a fun glow pattern.
There are five long strands of steel coated chain and lots of vintage style antiqued silver butterfly charms, little crescent moon charms, large hand wired galaxy glow glass beads, three large howlite turquoise butterfly beads that I have been holding onto for the perfect thing. Also has three large glowing stars and two 20mm faceted crystal ball "rainbow makers."
I wanted this to be a bright and cheerful piece, with lots of little butterflies and some sparkle.
Hang in a sunny place and will glow in the dark through the night. I will include a little uv light to help charge too.
